Opened Our Doors

We opened our doors as a small freelance estimating firm providing take off services for sub-contractors.

Started Contracting

After four years of estimating, we were able to evolve from a freelance estimating firm into a general contractor with the construction of a Dollar General in Hallock, Minnesota.

Expanded To Texas

Continuously growing at a steady pace in the Midwest, an opportunity presented itself to expand into the Central Texas market with our first project being a Global Medical Response hangar in Amarillo, TX.

Covid

The Pandemic - Dont worry, it did't stop us. We continued to work hard in getting new clients and setting a new starndard for building in Texas
